Australian Property Conveyancing

Posted on 14th June 2010

Here are some interesting facts if you’re looking to buy or sell a property in Australia, or perhaps you’re in need of conveyancing services in New South Wales or Victoria.

August’s median house price in Sydney was $580,000 and in Melbourne, $500,000.  The median unit price was $450,000 and $420,000 for Sydney and Melbourne respectively.

Over the past few months just over 200 advertised properties are on the market each week with over 5,000 people browsing properties on realestate.com.au (source: realestate.com.au).

Whether you are selling or buying, you are going to need to select a conveyancer to handle the property transfer. Please give us a call when it’s time to appoint a conveyancer. In the meantime we have prepared a no-nonsense guide for people buying and selling properties anywhere in NSW or VIC.

You can get a copy of this free report emailed to you simply by filling out the form on the home page.
