Many solicitors see conveyancing as a low value transactional part of their business. Often the conveyancing matter is given to the most junior member of staff to take care of or is pushed to the bottom of the pile.

Our principal, Alex Martin, recognised this during his 20 years in the legal industry. He saw a gap in the market and decided that his law firm Martin Legal should create a new division specifically dedicated to conveyancing and be manned by a mix of specialist solicitors and conveyancers.

He also invested heavily in specialised conveyancing software and systems designed to make volume based conveyancing efficient and cost effective to the customer. This is how go go Conveyancing was created.
