- Liaise with the seller’s conveyancer regarding settlement
- Organise any property title search that you may desire
- Liaise with your lender about your loan
- Prepare all of the necessary documents to make sure settlement progresses smoothly
- Your Account Manager (go getter) will keep you updated and report to you either by phone, email or SMS

Transferring

A Transfer is usually done between friends or relatives who trust each other. You will need a valuation. The Office of State Revenue (OSR) needs to believe you have transferred the property at the correct market value, so that it is not being ‘ripped off’ of unpaid stamp duty. We can help you find a valuer. We can do the transfer too.

Refinancing

You probably do not need a lawyer or a conveyancer to help you with a refinance, unless the title is changing or partly changing at the same time. That will probably then result in a transfer – see above.
However, if you want us to check what is going on from a legal perspective, we will review the refinance, to allay your fears.
